Yes, our caravans are self-contained and have a full kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and fridge plus a bathroom with shower and toilet.
You must have either a site in a caravan park or access to a private property. The destination must have flat access and have sufficient land and a flat well-maintained surface with access to power and water. The site is to be preferably within 100kms of Gaven, Gold Coast.
All our caravans have different configurations and can sleep between 3 and 6 people.
No, we are a delivery only service. The caravan will be fully set up at your location and collected at the end of the hire.
Yes, we charge a delivery fee of $150 + GST (within 50kms of Gaven) which includes the set-up of the caravan with connection to power, water and waste and a full handover on how everything works. Any further than 50kms will be charged at an extra 85c + GST per km.
Our caravans contain all tableware such as cutlery, plates, cups and cooking equipment such as pots, frying pans etc. All caravans have a microwave and a jug and toaster. They also include all cleaning equipment you will need to clean the caravan. Please contact us for a full list of equipment included.
No, unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we don’t supply linen apart from mattress protectors. You will need to supply your own towels, bedding, blankets and pillows etc.
The preferred minimum term is a four week hire, and a maximum of up to a year. Please enquire if you’d like to discuss a term outside of this.
We predominantly hire for longer periods, but if you are after something short term at late notice, then we’d be happy to oblige if we have a caravan available. Remember we are a delivery only service.
The refundable security bond is $1,000 for hires less than three weeks, or $1,500 for longer than three weeks, plus two week’s rent is payable in advance.
Typically, we don’t accommodate pets in our caravans. However, please get in touch with us and provide information about your pet so that we can make a well-informed assessment. If a pet is approved, then a pet cleaning fee will apply. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if unauthorised pets are detected in the caravan.
No, smoking inside the caravans is strictly prohibited. An extra cleaning fee will be applied in case of any detectable cigarette odour within the caravan.
Yes, the bond is fully refundable at the end of hire if there is no damage to the caravan, equipment or third party damage. All rent owing must be paid and the caravan needs to be cleaned inside and outside, otherwise a cleaning fee will be retained from the bond.
No, we do not allow the caravans to be run of a generator. You will need access to 240v power and we supply the caravan with a 15 amp lead that can be plugged into a home with 10 amp power using a converter if required.
The hirer must be over the age of 21 and have a good rental history and credit history (payslips may be required). Two forms of identification will be required for all adults residing in the caravan.
All our caravans have Thetford cassette toilets that require emptying if they are utilised. The waste can either be emptied into a dump point at a caravan park or down a residential toilet in a private residence. You will be given full instructions on how to use it upon delivery.
We currently accept payment via bank transfer, cash on the day of delivery or credit card payments; however a credit card surcharge will be applied. Please allow up to 48 hours for money to clear via bank transfer.
Yes, no problem. You will however be required to give two weeks notice to end the contract.
No, we do not take bookings in the future. Once a caravan is out on hire, we will not accept another booking until the caravan has been collected. Bookings are more than often extended, and sometimes terminated early, so they will only be listed as available once a contract has ended.
