Yes. All of our caravans are self-contained and include a kitchen with an oven, cooktop, microwave and fridge, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

You will need either a site in a caravan park or access to a suitable private property. The site must have flat, easy access, sufficient space and a flat, well-maintained surface, as well as access to power and water.

Our preferred delivery area is within 100km of Gaven on the Gold Coast.

Our caravans have different configurations and can accommodate between 3 and 6 people, depending on the caravan. The sleeping arrangements and available space vary between caravans, so please check the individual caravan details for more information.

No. We are a delivery only service and do not offer caravans for self-towing. We deliver the caravan directly to your chosen location, set it up for you and collect it at the end of the hire.

Yes. Our delivery fee is $250 + GST for locations within 50km of Gaven. This includes delivery, full set up of the caravan with connections to power, water and waste, and a handover to show you how everything works.

For locations more than 50km from Gaven, an additional 91c + GST per kilometre applies.

Our caravans can be supplied fully equipped if requested. This can include tableware such as cutlery, plates and cups, cooking equipment such as pots and frying pans, as well as appliances such as a kettle and toaster. A microwave can also be provided if one is not already included as a standard fitting in the caravan.

No, we do not supply linen, apart from mattress protectors and upholstery covers. Customers will need to provide their own towels, sheets, blankets and pillows.

Our hire periods are flexible and can range from short-term stays to long-term accommodation, depending on your requirements and caravan availability. Please contact us to discuss the length of hire you’re looking for.

We mainly cater for longer-term hires, but short-term hires may be available depending on caravan availability. If you’re looking for a caravan for a weekend or short stay, please contact us and we’ll be happy to see what we have available.

A refundable security bond of $1,500 is required, along with two weeks rent paid in advance and a $250 + GST delivery fee.

Pets are not typically permitted in our caravans, however we are happy to consider requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with details about your pet so we can assess whether it can be accommodated. If approved, a pet cleaning fee will apply. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if an unauthorised pet is found in the caravan.

No. Smoking inside our caravans is strictly prohibited. An additional cleaning fee will apply if cigarette smoke or odour is detected inside the caravan.

Yes. The $1,500 security bond is fully refundable at the end of the hire, provided there is no damage to the caravan or equipment, no third-party damage, and all rent owing has been paid. The caravan must also be cleaned inside and outside before collection. If additional cleaning is required, the cost will be deducted from the bond.

No. We do not allow our caravans to be operated using a generator. You will need access to 240V power. We provide a 15-amp power lead, which can be connected to a standard 10-amp household power outlet using a suitable converter if required.

The hirer must be over 21 years of age and have a satisfactory rental and credit history. Proof of income, such as recent payslips, may be required. Two forms of identification are required for all adults residing in the caravan.

All of our caravans have Thetford cassette toilets. The cassette will need to be emptied regularly during your hire and can be emptied at a designated dump point at a caravan park or into a suitable residential toilet at a private residence. We’ll provide full instructions on how to use and empty the toilet upon delivery.

We accept payment by bank transfer or cash on the day of delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for bank transfers to clear before the caravan can be delivered.

Yes, you can end your hire early. However, two weeks notice is required to end the hire agreement.

No. We only confirm bookings once a caravan has become available. As existing hires can be extended or ended early, we don’t accept future bookings while a caravan is still on hire. A caravan will only be listed as available once the current hire has ended and the collection has been arranged.
